Savory applications
BreadKone: the edible cone for savory food.
A sourdough bread cone, baked empty and ready to fill. Turn the fillings you already make into a signature item that’s easy to eat on the move.
Why it works
A meal that holds up.
-
A signature menu item
Put something on the menu your guests can’t get anywhere else. A filled BreadKone looks like nothing else on the counter, and people photograph it, share it, and come back for it.
-
Easy to eat, one-handed
No plate, no fork, no table. Fans eat it in their seats, guests eat it while they mingle, and passengers eat it while they walk the deck.
-
Less mess, less waste
The cone keeps fillings and sauces inside right down to the last bite. Less ends up on the floor, and less packaging ends up in the trash.
-
Fast to fill, easy to train
Fill it, stand it in a rack, and serve. Every cone is the same shape and size, so portions stay consistent at peak volume and new staff learn it in minutes.
-
Works from breakfast to late night
Eggs and bacon in the morning, chicken salad at lunch, a smash burger at the game. One bread covers every daypart.
-
Keeps in the freezer
BreadKones keep up to a year frozen. Thaw in 30 minutes, or warm for 5 minutes at 350°F, and take out only what you need.

What you can do with it
Ideas for your menu.
Start with fillings your kitchen already makes. Here’s where operators are taking it.
-
Concession favorites
Smash burgers, Philly cheesesteak, meatball parm, and buffalo chicken that fans can carry back to their seats.
-
Grab-and-go cases
Pre-fill with chicken, tuna, or shrimp salad and stock the cooler. The cone holds up where a sandwich gets soggy.
-
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese, or an omelette, in a cone that’s ready to eat on the way in.
-
Passed appetizers
The 1.8 oz small cone is two or three bites. Try lobster salad, smoked salmon and cream cheese, or peach and prosciutto.
-
Buffets and poolside
Walk-around meals for theme parks and cruise lines. Guests take one and keep moving, with no plates to clear.
-
Global flavors
Gyro, chicken souvlaki, shawarma, pulled pork and coleslaw. If a cuisine has a sandwich, it fits in a BreadKone.

Proven at scale
Served in world-famous arenas, on cruise lines, and in theme parks.
- Patented
- We designed and patented the equipment that forms our cones. It took years to get cone-shaped bread right at volume, and no one else makes it this way.
- Industrial scale
- Every cone comes off our production line with the same shape, size, and bite, whether you run one kitchen or a chain.
