Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Global Golden Spark Inc. (“BreadKone”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit breadkone.com or contact us. We make BreadKone and CookieKone for businesses, and we only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and do business with you.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a sample or contact us, we collect:
- your name, email address, and company name
- your type of business
- anything you write in your message
- your phone number or address, if you share them with us by email or phone
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited time.
Analytics and ad measurement, if you allow it. With your permission, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record how you use the site: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, how you arrived, your approximate location, device and browser, and whether you sent a sample request or tapped our phone number or email. See Analytics and cookies below.
How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and send samples, pricing, or product information you asked for
- to set up and manage a business relationship with you or your company
- to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations
If you’re a customer or have asked us for information, we may occasionally email you about our products. Every such email lets you opt out, or you can ask us at any time.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us, and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Both only run if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, or don’t choose, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Meta.
When you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that
last up to two years and let it recognize repeat visits. Google processes the data on our behalf. You can read
how Google handles it at
policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
When you accept, the Meta Pixel sets cookies (named _fbp and, if you arrived from one of our ads,
_fbc) that last up to three months. It tells Meta which pages you visit and whether you sent a
sample request or contacted us, so we can see which ads work and show ads to people likely to be interested.
Meta may connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under its own terms. You can read how
Meta handles it at facebook.com/privacy/policy and
manage ad preferences in your Meta account.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Declining deletes the analytics and advertising cookies. You can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser. The site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run the site, our email, and our analytics for us. These are Vercel (website hosting) and Google (email, and Google Analytics if you allow it). They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you accept cookies, to measure and target our ads. Meta may also use this information for its own purposes, as described in its privacy policy.
- Distributors, when you ask to buy through one, so they can fulfil your order.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and business records for as long as we need them to work with you, and as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our email and hosting accounts is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop sending you marketing emails
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have further rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email info@breadkone.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
We link to our Instagram and YouTube pages, and to posts by customers. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
